Hi, I’m Didem. I am a qualified practitioner with a successful therapeutic practice, offering bodywork and massage in Cheshire. I work with both Holistic Massage Therapy and Matrix Rhythm Therapy.
I am a compassionate, friendly and reliable manual therapist using a holistic approach that integrates a variety of modalities to heal and restore the body. I am passionate about helping people who are in need or in pain or discomfort.
After having retired from a corporate life, I decided to pursue a career in helping people relax and relieve the physical pain associated with stressful daily life and work.

HOLISTIC BODY MASSAGE
Massage is the
manipulation of soft body tissue and muscles for therapeutic purposes. Various movements are performed for the purpose of promoting the circulation of blood and lymph, relaxation of muscles, relief from pain, restoration of metabolic balance and other physical and mental benefits.
MATRIX RHYTHM THERAPY (MRT)
This is an exciting, innovative therapy against pain and restricted mobility. It activates the body's own natural vibrations and reaches deeper layers of tissue and thereby cells are restored to their natural state of vibrations. This therapy is administered by a trained MRT therapist using the Matrixmobil device.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish massage, but the deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. Deep tissue massage involves use of the palms and fingers to knead and manipulate the tissues.
HOT STONE MASSAGE
A hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy and bodywork that applies hot stones to the body for the purpose of pain relief and relaxation. During the treatment, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of the body while giving the massage. The stones are usually made of basalt,.
